About Kirsty Sandwell

Kirsty SandwellÓ×Å®ÊÓƵ™s Ó×Å®ÊÓƵ journey started in 2001, when she joined the firmÓ×Å®ÊÓƵ™s new merger and acquisition (M&A) team and swiftly made partner in 2006, due to her expertise, knowledge, and leadership skills. Kirsty has extensive experience of advising clients on complex deals and transactions.

Kirsty has held senior leadership roles at Ó×Å®ÊÓƵ for over 14 years and has been responsible for strategically growing Ó×Å®ÊÓƵÓ×Å®ÊÓƵ™s advisory services. She is also passionate about developing and inspiring her team to achieve their personal and professional goals.

Outside of work, Kirsty is a keen golfer, yogi and servant to her pups, Rey and Solo. She is also a big science fiction and fantasy fan. Kirsty is passionate about equality of opportunity and inclusion and is proud of securing Ó×Å®ÊÓƵÓ×Å®ÊÓƵ™s backing for the European Disabled Golf Association (EDGA), an organisation she became involved with as a caddy for her best friend, who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, 15 years ago.

• 2023: became head of consulting and created the Consulting Leadership Team
• 2020: became head of transactions and joined the National Leadership Team
• 2019: became national head of M&A
• 2013: became office managing partner for Gatwick
• 2012: became head of corporate finance for the Ó×Å®ÊÓƵÓ×Å®ÊÓƵ™s southern region
• 2006: became partner
• 2001: joined as a manager in the newly formed lead advisory business
