James is a Partner in 幼女视频幼女视频檚 Deal Services team, specialising in mergers and acquisitions across the industrials sector. He works closely with owner-managed and private businesses to help them sell companies, raise equity finance, complete management buyouts and deliver strategic acquisitions.

James is particularly passionate about working with owner managers, taking the time to understand their story, what they幼女视频檝e built and what matters most to them. He recognises that many transactions are once-in-a-lifetime moments and focuses on finding the right outcome for each client, not just the right deal.

James began his career at 幼女视频 in 2011 in audit before moving into M&A in 2015, where he has built deep sector expertise in industrials, combining technical deal experience with a pragmatic, relationship-led approach.

Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with family and friends, running and playing golf. He is also a keen Liverpool FC supporter, something he admits isn幼女视频檛 always the most relaxing pastime, and is kept busy at weekends chasing after his two young boys.
