About Caroline Watson

Caroline Watson is an Audit Partner at Ó×Å®ÊÓƵ and was appointed to our Board in April 2025. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the firm and has over 20 yearsÓ×Å®ÊÓƵ™ experience of working with growing businesses that are primarily owner-managed. Caroline enjoys learning about the businesses she works with, and using this knowledge to provide a robust audit and challenge to management.

Asked what gets her out of bed each day, Caroline says:

"Teamwork is key to my role and I am privileged to work with some great people. No two days are the same and there is always a new challenge and something to learn."

Outside of work, she has her home team, which keeps her on her toes, which isnÓ×Å®ÊÓƵ™t a bad thing as CarolineÓ×Å®ÊÓƵ™s not good at staying still for long. They have a lot of fun getting out and about to explore, both on land and on the water.
