¸é³§²ÑÓ×Å®ÊÓƵ™s deal services and private equity team has advised the shareholders of PermaGroup Limited (Ó×Å®ÊÓƵ˜PermaGroupÓ×Å®ÊÓƵ™), on successfully securing investment from Owner Venture Managers Ltd, a UK-based private equity firm.

The client

PermaGroup, through its trading subsidiary Permaroof, based in Derbyshire, is the UKÓ×Å®ÊÓƵ™s leading distributor of residential EPDM roofing products, and provides a range of other home improvement products under the GroupÓ×Å®ÊÓƵ™s brands: PermaLawn and PermaFence.

Our solution

Ó×Å®ÊÓƵ was engaged to assist the shareholders in finding the right partner to continue the companyÓ×Å®ÊÓƵ™s impressive growth journey. With support from OVM and funders Beechbrook and Investec, PermaGroup will continue to increase its market share in the growing EPDM roofing market and roll out additional product lines in the home improvement space. Adrian Buttress, current shareholder and Managing Director, will remain with the business to provide strategic guidance and support.

¸é³§²ÑÓ×Å®ÊÓƵ™s M&A and private equity team supported the shareholders in identifying potential investors, negotiated the deal terms and project managed the deal through to completion.
